The w20 loaded up and headed into Pennsylvania for the first time in 2017 for some mid-week racing with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA for the Gettysburg Clash.
Forty-three cars packed the pits of this legendary track. Greg would qualify fourth quick in Flight B, finish second in his 8-lap, heat race and eighth in the 6-lap, Craftsman Club Dash. He would later line up outside row four in the eighth starting position for the 35-lap, A-Main. Greg would fall back a few spots and bring the Kistler powered Maxim home in eleventh.
“Any time you come over here you are running with some the best sprint car drivers in the country,” shared Greg. “The Posse is one tough group of drivers. Tonight I owe a big thank you to Tim and Brie Hershey. They helped me a bunch tonight with set-up and it showed. We qualified well, ran solid in the heat and made the dash. They had our car running the best I think I ever had here in Posse land,”
The Hercules Tire, DNC Hydraulics, Ohio Logistics, All Star Plumbing, Gear Alloy Wheels, Bedford Valley Petroleum backed w20 team returns back to action with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series on Friday, May 20 at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, PA for the Spring Classic.
