Greg left Hartford Speedway with a top ten finish coming from the back of the field earning the KSE Hard Charger award and headed to Wilmot Raceway in Wilmot, Wisconsin with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series for the Badger 40.
Greg would qualify eighteenth out of a twenty-nine car field in front of a packed house. He would later finish fifth in his 10-lap, heat race earning a transfer spot into the feature. Greg would line up fifteenth in the 40-lap, A-Main and gain two spots to finish the night in thirteenth.
"This has been a decent weekend for our team," commented Greg. "Now we get ready for the Ironman 55 (Pevely, MO.) next weekend and then off to Knoxville. The Hercules Tire, DNC Hydraulics, Ohio Logistics, All Star Plumbing, Gear Alloy Wheels, Bedford Valley Petroleum, Weikel Sportswear backed w20 team returns back to action with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series on Friday, August 4 with the Night Before the Ironman at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Mo., followed by the $20,000-to-win Ironman 55 on Saturday.
