The GWR team remained in Pennsylvania Posse country along with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series and headed to Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, PA for night number one of the Champion Racing Oil Summer Nationals.
Thirty-six cars filled the pits. Greg would qualify nineteenth in Flight A, finish ninth in his 8-lap, heat race and miss a transfer spot into the 25-lap, A-Main with a fifteenth place finish in the 12-lap, LCS.
“We’ve had our share of challenges here lately,” shared Greg. “We will keep working hard on our program and get things back on track. This is a long season and we have a lot of big races coming up.”
