After a quick stop at the GWR race shop, the w20 team loaded up and headed east along with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series into Posse country to Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA for the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup.
Greg would qualify sixteenth in Flight A, finished eighth in his 8-lap, heat race and later missed a transfer to the Main event with a third place finish in the C-Main.
“You always know when you come over here to Posse country it is going to be tough, shared Greg. “Tonight was no exception. This is tough racing over here. We regroup and prepare for the upcoming Nationals at the Grove this weekend.”
The Hercules Tire, DNC Hydraulics, Ohio Logistics, All Star Plumbing, Gear Alloy Wheels, Bedford Valley Petroleum backed w20 team returns back to action with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series on Friday and Saturday, July 21-22 for the Champion Racing Oil Summer Nationals at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, PA.
