The w20 team left their Findlay, Ohio based shop and headed to the famed high-banked, half-mile Eldora Speedway for the Jokers Wild with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series.
Forty-eight cars made the trip to this famed oval. Preliminary action began after a three hour rain delay where Greg qualified twelfth in the Flight A session and finished fourth in his 8-lap, heat race earning a transfer spot into the 30-lap, A-Main. Greg would start fifteenth and fell back to eighteenth before he was forced to pits with a packed left wheel.
“Got our night cut short in the Main with that packed wheel,” explained Greg. “That can happen on a wet track like we have tonight. We load up and come back tomorrow.
