After two challenging nights of racing the GWR team returned to night 3 at the Jackson Motorplex for The 39th Annual AGCO Jackson Nationals with The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series.
Thirty-seven cars returned for the Finale of the Nationals. Greg was standing twenty-eighth in points based on his past two nights of performance, which set up the line-ups for the evening’s events. Greg would finish eighth in his 8-lap, heat race and later miss a transfer spot into the 30-lap, Main event with a twelfth place finish in the 12-lap, LCS.
“It was a rough weekend,” commented Greg. “You’re gonna have these runs where you struggle...that’s a part of racing. I’ve done this enough years to know that if you keep working hard and keep the faith, things will turn around. This business can humble you pretty quickly. Thanks goes out to all my partners. Rest assured we will continue working hard and start getting the results we deserve.”
